Immediate opening: line cook (West Virginia)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a line cook in Wetzel County, West Virginia. You will work at a roadside dhaba. Day-to-day duties: • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service What we are looking for: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards 3+ years on the tools preferred.
