Immediate opening: flat roof installer (Tennessee)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a flat roof installer in Lake County, Tennessee. On a typical shift you will strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck; insulate and ventilate the roof void; set out battens to the correct gauge and spacing; lay underlayment and tar paper before tiling; hang box gutters and downpipes for rainwater; fix clay and concrete tiles onto the battens. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of both pitched and flat roofing systems • Able to read roof pitch and set the falls Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off.
