Catering cook — Golden Valley County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a catering cook in Golden Valley County, North Dakota. You should have: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure The role involves: • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes Rotating shifts.
