Immediate opening: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Cambridgeshire, England. The job is at a fast-food outlet. The role involves: • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha Requirements: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. £145 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
