Day-to-day duties: • Plan the day's route to cover all drop-offs in the least time • Handle fragile and perishable items with care in transit • Update delivery status (delivered / failed / rescheduled) in the app • Scan each package barcode on the handheld device before loading • Return undelivered parcels and reconcile cash at the hub • Take the customer's OTP or signature at handover What we are looking for: • Basic reading to match addresses correctly • Own motorcycle or scooter preferred Full-time with occasional weekends.
