Tile setter • Broome County, New York

Vacancy available: we are hiring a tile setter in Broome County, New York. You will work on a residential construction site. Requirements: • Knowledge of waterproofing and substrate preparation • A good eye for level, plumb and even grout lines • Own a basic set of tiling tools (trowels, spacers, levels) Your main tasks: • Screed and prepare uneven floors before tiling • Fit skirting tiles, step nosings and external corner trims • Mix tile adhesive and cement mortar to the right consistency • Lay floor and wall tiles to plumb and level using a spirit level On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
