Requirements: • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code • ITI / NCVT certificate in the machinist (turner) trade preferred Your main tasks: • Check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet • Adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish • Set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54) • Watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes • Top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed • Measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
