Shuttering charge hand — Greenwood County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a shuttering charge hand in Greenwood County, Kansas. The job is at an infrastructure construction site. Requirements: • Skilled with circular saw, hand tools and spirit level • Hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing You will fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure; check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line; set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking; watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement; read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters. We offer $3,100 per month plus benefits. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
