Join our team: we are hiring a punch press operator in Montezuma County, Colorado. You will be based in a metal fabrication workshop. You should have: • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Can use vernier calipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout The role involves watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts; set up and change stamping dies and tooling; carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor; top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways; load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed; operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses.
