Catering cook • Armagh City Banbridge and Craigavon, Northern Ireland

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a catering cook in Armagh City Banbridge and Craigavon, Northern Ireland. You will be based at a roadside dhaba. The role involves: • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Prepare the mise en place before each service You should have: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
