Now hiring: we are hiring a car refinisher in Bradley County, Arkansas. You will be based in a spray booth. Requirements: • Good eye for colour matching and blending • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners The role involves: • Wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs • Check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch • Compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss • Mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code • Blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair 4+ years on the tools preferred.
