You should have: • Willing to work outdoors in all weather • 2+ years' hands-on roofing experience • A good head for heights and steady balance Day-to-day duties: • Replace cracked or slipped tiles and slates • Hang box gutters and downpipes for rainwater • Seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing • Insulate and ventilate the roof void • Strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. $2,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
