Meat trimmer — Russell County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Russell County, Kentucky. You will work at an abattoir or slaughterhouse. You should have: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler The role involves weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone. 5+ years on the tools preferred.
