Urgent requirement: vacuum press operator (Scotland)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a vacuum press operator in Highland, Scotland. The job is at a garment factory. You will remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron; fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press; sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number; shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine 3+ years on the tools preferred.
