Now hiring: we are hiring a waiter in Yola North, Adamawa State. The job is in a five-star hotel. The role involves: • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Clear and reset tables between covers • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages What we are looking for: • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
