The role involves: • Tape and joint plasterboard seams with scrim and filler • Float and rule off walls to a flat surface with a straightedge • Clean trowels, buckets and mixers before the plaster sets • Dot-and-dab plasterboard to walls and ceilings • Polish the final coat with a steel trowel and water brush • Dub out hollows and uneven areas before skimming Requirements: • Knowledge of different plasters, renders and bonding agents • Proven experience hand-skimming and floating to a flat finish At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
