What we are looking for: • Able to read measurements, templates and cutting lists • Physically fit and able to lift and carry heavy slabs Day to day you will cut out sink and hob openings in worktops on site; polish stone surfaces to a high gloss using diamond pads and polishing compound; fill cracks, chips and open veins with colour-matched epoxy resin; grout the joints and wipe off the excess before it sets; lay marble tiles and slabs on floors, stairs and walls with adhesive mortar; shape edges, bullnoses and bevels with an angle grinder and profiling wheels. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
