The role involves: • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough What we are looking for: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics Rotating shifts.
