Vacancy available: we are hiring a gas pipe fitter in Ellis County, Texas. Day-to-day duties: • Install gas meters, regulators and isolation valves • Check every joint for leaks with soapy water and leak-detection spray • Read isometric drawings and mark out the pipe routes • Fit flexible connection hoses and bayonet fittings to the appliances Requirements: • Able to read isometric and site drawings • Physically fit for lifting pipe, meters and cylinders • 2+ years' experience on domestic and commercial gas installations Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
