What we are looking for: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Able to work early-morning and night shifts The role involves: • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them Part-time with flexible hours.
