Great opportunity: we are hiring a grill cook in Newport County, Rhode Island. You will be based at a fast-food outlet. On a typical shift you will follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch. You should have: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays We offer $3,200 per month plus benefits.
