Now hiring: we are hiring a dough maker in Ashley County, Arkansas. Day to day you will proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; score the top of loaves before baking; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; load and unload the deck oven with a peel. Ideal candidate: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Food handler / hygiene certificate 2+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends.
