Crawler crane operator • Marion County, Tennessee

We are recruiting: we are hiring a crawler crane operator in Marion County, Tennessee. The role involves: • Fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure • Hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control • Rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams • Follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger • Keep a safe distance from overhead power lines • Help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone You should have: • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Sound knowledge of rigging and slinging • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
