Urgent requirement: we are hiring a grill cook in Cass County, Indiana. Ideal candidate: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking On a typical shift you will follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; prepare the mise en place before each service; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases. At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. We offer $2,700 per month plus benefits. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
