Vacancy available: we are hiring a cake decorator in Zaria, Kaduna State. Requirements: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen Day-to-day duties: • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing Six days a week, one day off.
