Urgent requirement: we are hiring a MIG welder in Dimmit County, Texas. You will tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing; clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead; lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints; read fabrication drawings and weld symbols; weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions. Ideal candidate: • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently • Knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes • Steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances Rotating shifts.
