Immediate opening: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Douglas County, South Dakota. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure Your main tasks: • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles We offer $4,700 per month plus benefits.
