Ideal candidate: • Basic English/Hindi to read room status and checklists • Team player who clears rooms under time pressure • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and correct dilution ratios Day-to-day duties: • Vacuum carpets, mop hard floors and dust every surface in the room • Restock the housekeeping trolley with linen, cloths and chemicals • Sort soiled linen, send it to laundry and count the returns • Dust and polish furniture, mirrors and glass with the right chemicals Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
