What we are looking for: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers On the job you will handle: • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
