You should have: • Punctual and ready to do overtime when a pour demands it • Able to lift and carry heavy loads such as 50 kg cement bags all day The role involves fix and strip shuttering and formwork for beams and columns; erect and dismantle scaffolding and pass materials up; wheel barrows of rubble to the skip and keep the site clean; mix concrete and mortar to the correct ratio, by hand or in a pan mixer; clear debris and sweep the slab before the next pour. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
