Great opportunity: production line operative (Wisconsin)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a production line operative in Marinette County, Wisconsin. The job is in a packaging and assembly workshop. Your main tasks: • Keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station • Follow the work instruction sheet for each station • Snap-fit plastic housings and clip in the wiring harnesses • Fit and bolt components onto the chassis as it moves along the conveyor • Solder small connectors and check the joints under a magnifier • Clean down the workstation and keep it to 5S standard You should have: • Good hand-eye coordination and steady fingers for small parts • Minimum 10th pass or ITI is an advantage • Basic understanding of quality checks and 5S Pay around $200 per day, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
