Waiter — Lake County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a waiter in Lake County, Tennessee. You should have: • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform The role involves take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; upsell starters, desserts and beverages; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket). At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Pay around $4,500 per month, based on your experience.
