Dough maker wanted in Sebastian County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a dough maker in Sebastian County, Arkansas. You will be based at an in-store supermarket bakery. Day-to-day duties: • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter Ideal candidate: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Basic cake decorating and piping skills Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
