Great opportunity: we are hiring a painter and decorator in Mercer County, North Dakota. The role involves: • Lay down dust sheets and protect floors and furniture • Hang lining paper and wallpaper, matching patterns at the seams • Strip old paint and wallpaper with scrapers and heat guns • Measure up and work out paint and material quantities • Cut in neat edges along ceilings, cornices and door frames • Apply primer, undercoat and two topcoats with brush and roller Requirements: • Able to mix and colour-match paints accurately • Sound knowledge of surface prep and the right primers Full-time with occasional weekends.
