Your main tasks: • Fix clay and concrete tiles onto the battens • Lay underlayment and tar paper before tiling • Nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses • Install metal flashing around chimneys and skylights • Fit valley gutters, fascias and soffits • Replace cracked or slipped tiles and slates Requirements: • Willing to work outdoors in all weather • A driving licence is an advantage for site travel 5+ years on the tools preferred.
