On a typical shift you will backfill trenches and foundations once services are laid; push-load motor scrapers during bulk earthmoving; operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site; rip hard ground and rock using the rear ripper shank; follow GPS and laser grade control to hit design levels; work to the dig plan and the banksman's signals. Requirements: • Proven experience operating crawler dozers (D6 to D8 class) • Good understanding of cut-and-fill and batter slopes Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
