Steel fixing chargehand wanted in Clay County

Join our team: we are hiring a steel fixing chargehand in Clay County, Tennessee. You will be based at a precast concrete yard. You will fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover; assemble column and beam cages on the bench; read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules; tie bar intersections with binding wire using a tie hook or pliers; lay and tie mesh for slabs and ground-bearing floors; cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long spells bending and kneeling • Comfortable working at height and in deep excavations At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
