What we are looking for: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) Day to day you will hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations.
