Paint booth operator — Shiawassee County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Shiawassee County, Michigan. The job is at a powder coating unit. Day to day you will top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns. You should have: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Willing to work shifts and overtime Part-time with flexible hours. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
