Join our team: we are hiring a scullery hand in Harrison County, West Virginia. You will be based at a cloud kitchen. On a typical shift you will scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure 6+ years on the tools preferred.
