Powder coating sprayer • Sweet Grass County, Montana

Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Sweet Grass County, Montana. On a typical shift you will cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting 5+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours.
