Immediate opening: we are hiring a falsework carpenter in Lincoln County, Montana. The job is on a bridge and flyover project. You should have: • Able to keep pace with tight pour schedules • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing • Follows site safety, PPE and edge-protection rules Day to day you will box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations; watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement; fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints; set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking; fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure; read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters. 5+ years on the tools preferred.
