Auto electrician • Brighton and Hove, England

We are recruiting: we are hiring an auto electrician in Brighton and Hove, England. You will work at a roadside auto repair shop. Day-to-day duties: • Solder and heat-shrink wiring joints • Diagnose electrical faults using an OBD-II scanner • Repair air-conditioning electrical controls • Programme keys and reset immobilisers • Service power windows, mirrors and wiper motors • Test batteries, alternators and starter motors with a multimeter You should have: • Able to read wiring diagrams confidently • Good colour vision for identifying wire colours • Knowledge of CAN-bus and modern ECU systems 1+ years on the tools preferred.
