Back-of-house cleaner wanted in Calvert County

Join our team: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Calvert County, Maryland. You will work in a hotel kitchen. Your main tasks: • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils Ideal candidate: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Punctual, reliable and hard-working At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
