Gantry crane operator wanted in Fillmore County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a gantry crane operator in Fillmore County, Minnesota. You will work on a high-rise tower crane. Requirements: • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Sound knowledge of rigging and slinging Day-to-day duties: • Park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift • Watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity • Set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground • Read and interpret the load chart before every lift • Rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams • Help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone Pay around $18 per hour, based on your experience.
