Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day Your main tasks: • Season and marinate meat on request • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders Six days a week, one day off.
