Urgent requirement: we are hiring an event security steward in Alamosa County, Colorado. The job is at a gated residential society. Day to day you will frisk people and run bag checks at the entry point; raise the alarm and follow the evacuation drill in an emergency; hand over the duty register and brief the next shift at handover; operate the metal detector and hand-held scanner at the door; control crowds and manage queues at events and entry gates. You should have: • 1-2 years experience as a security guard • Trained in basic fire-fighting and first aid We offer $4,300 per month plus benefits. Overtime paid at a premium rate.
