Immediate opening: we are hiring a concrete labourer in Floyd County, Indiana. You will strip and clean formwork once the concrete has gained strength; float and trowel surfaces with a bull float and power trowel for a smooth finish; discharge and place concrete from transit mixers and pumps into the forms; patch honeycombs and tie-rod holes with non-shrink grout; lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade; compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing. Requirements: • Able to read structural drawings and bar bending schedules • 2+ years on RCC and concreting works At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. We offer $4,000 per month plus benefits.
