Tandoor cook — Dallas County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Dallas County, Arkansas. On a typical shift you will knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces. What we are looking for: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
