Great opportunity: we are hiring an aluminium fitter in Douglas County, Kansas. You will work on a residential building site. The role involves: • Apply silicone sealant and weather seals around the frames • Erect curtain walling, shopfronts and partitions on site • Drill, tap and rivet sections and fix with self-drilling screws • De-burr, clean and protect anodised or powder-coated surfaces • Assemble window and door frames from extruded sections • Read fabrication drawings and take site measurements for windows and doors You should have: • Skilled on cutting, crimping and punching machines • Physically able to lift and carry heavy glass and profiles At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
